Group Parent Representatives
Each group has a Group Parent who assists with communications between the Board of Directors and the parents.
The duties of the Group Parent include:
- Assists coaches with group-wide communications
- Distributes information from the Board & the Technical Team
- Helps with social events (e.g., Awards Banquet)
- Is a source of general information for the Club
- Champions volunteerism
- Initiates phone-tree calls when emergencies arise (e.g., last minute practice cancellation due to snow storm).
