- Youth
- The mission of the Youth program is to provide the
opportunity to gain an early introduction into the competitive stream.
General skill movement leads into specific skill awareness in swimming,
laying a lasting foundation. Teaching correct swimming techniques in all
strokes is a priority with fun and enjoyment of the water being a
continued goal. Competitions at this level involve more than one club.
Swimmers advancing from this group will look to move to either the
Bronze I, Bronze II, or Silver II programs based on DTS ranking, age,
training skill level, and commitment.
- Ages: 12 and under
- Frequency: 3 x per week.

- Bronze III
- The mission of this group is to provide the opportunity to gain an
introduction into the competitive stream. Swimming skill development
and specific skill awareness will continue
to build a lasting foundation. Teaching correct swimming techniques
in all strokes is a priority with fun and enjoyment of the water
being a continued goal. Water sessions in this group increate
to 1.5 hours in time. Advancement into the Bronze I, Silver II,
and Silver I groups is based on DTS ranking, age, training ability,
and commitment.
- Ages: 12 & under
- Frequency: 4 x per week.

- Bronze II
- The mission of this group is to provide the opportunity to gain an
introduction into the competitive stream. Swimming skill development
and specific skill awareness will continue
to build a lasting foundation. Teaching correct swimming techniques
in all strokes is a priority with fun and enjoyment of the water
being a continued goal. Advancement into the Bronze I, Silver II,
and Silver I groups is based on DTS ranking, age, training ability,
and commitment.
- Ages: 12 & under
- Frequency: 5 x per week.

- Bronze I
- The mission of this group is to provide the
opportunity further develop swimming technique and skill in all strokes.
There will be an increased focus on swimming faster in the context of
aerobic capacity. Training skills will start to be practiced with
increased speed under the control of maintaining proper technique. A
high level of dedication and commitment are expected in this group.
Advancement to the Silver I and Silver II groups is based on DTS
ranking, age, training ability, and commitment.
- Ages: 12 and under
- Frequency: 6 x per week.

- Senior Development
- The mission of this group is to provide swimmers 12 & over the
opportunity to participate in a competitive swimming program. The
multi-stroke/multi-event philosophy is an important part of the
development and introduction to all stroke skills. Technical skill
will be developed practiced as swimmers learn the sport of
competitive swimming and its fundamentals. Advancement to the Senior group is based
on DTS ranking, age, training ability, and commitment.
- Ages: 12 and over
- Frequency: 4 x per week.

- Silver II
- The mission of this group is to create the
opportunity for you to develop your swimming technique and endurance and
compete at a regional level. This program will begin to establish a
sound physiological base for future training. There will be a strong
emphasis on all four strokes coming from a background of sound skill
execution. Advancement into the Silver I, Senior, and Gold groups is
based on DTS ranking, age, training ability, and a commitment.
- Ages: 12 - 14
- Frequency: 6 x per week.

- Silver I
- The mission of this group is to provide you with a program that
can offer the opportunity to progress and compete at the Junior
Provincial level. The multi-stroke/multi-event philosophy is still
important with increases in training speed and intensity. Some
strength training will be introduced at this level in addition to
core body work. This group will be made up of dedicated swimmers on
the club and will require a very strong commitment to swimming
excellence. Advancement to the Gold and Senior groups is based on DTS ranking,
age, training ability, and commitment.
- Ages: 12 - 14
- Frequency: 7 x per week.

- Senior
- The mission of this group is to provide senior
swimmers opportunity to progress and compete at a regional level. The
multi-stroke/multi-event philosophy is still an important part of the
development and commitment to training is expected. Technical skill will
continue to be developed and performed at practice and race speeds.
Advancement to the Gold group is based on DTS ranking, age, training
ability, and commitment.
- Ages: 14 - 18
- Frequency: 7 x per week.

- Gold
- The mission of this group is to provide you with a
Program that can offer the opportunity to progress to Provincial and
National level swimming. This group will be made up of the most
dedicated and elite swimmers in the club and will require the highest
level of commitment to swimming and academic excellence. Swimmers in
this group will maintain attitudes and behaviors that are parallel with
swimming excellence. Swimmers will commit to training and attendance at
a level satisfactory to the Head Coach.
- Ages: 14 - 18
- Frequency: 8 x per week.
